A. SHYAMSUNDER
Group COO
Mr. Shyamsunder is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of management & leadership experience across diverse sectors such as investment banking, oil & gas infrastructure, database automation, e-commerce and real estate. He has been at the helm of affairs at many organizations.
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, prior to joining Qualitas in 2013, he was the CEO of Disha Direct Group, a reputed real estate consultancy firm. With expertise in second homes & affordable housing, Mr. Shyamsunder plays a strategic role and is responsible for the group’s expansion into affordable housing.
Pradeep Sharma
VP, Banking & IT
With over a decade long association with major corporates, Mr. Pradeep Sharma has hands on experience of treasury management, MIS adaptation, accounting practices and establishing IT services. Since his association with the group in 2014, he has been instrumental in implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, internal control & fund raising.
Krupa Jadhav
VP, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing
With over 8 years of experience in client service management, Ms. Krupa Jadhav has held senior positions overseeing sales & operations, business development, account management and customer relationship. Since her association with the group in 2014, she has meticulously looked after enterprise & relationship management, call center operation, receivables & collection management and service delivery. Simultaneously, she is also responsible for upkeep of program & people management.
